Job Description
This role can be based in San Francisco, Sunnyvale, Chicago or New York.

The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.
We are seeking a visionary and strategic Vice President of Corporate Marketing to lead LinkedIn’s brand marketing efforts globally. This executive will be responsible for defining and evolving LinkedIn’s core brand messaging, brand guidelines, and integrated campaign development across B2B, B2C, and marketplace audiences. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in brand marketing for large global brands and a proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration across Communications, Product, Policy, and other Marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and articulate LinkedIn’s brand positioning and core messaging across all audiences and touchpoints.
Partner with creative leadership to develop and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines that ensure consistency and clarity across all channels and geographies and customer experience.
Lead the development and execution of breakthrough integrated marketing campaigns that elevate LinkedIn’s brand globally.
Partner closely with Communications, Product, Policy, Social Impact, and other Marketing functions to ensure alignment and amplification of brand initiatives.
Drive brand strategy for both B2B and B2C segments, with a strong understanding of marketplace dynamics.
Oversee global brand marketing efforts, ensuring cultural relevance and resonance across diverse markets.
Champion innovation and creativity in brand storytelling, leveraging data and insights to inform strategy.
Manage and mentor a high-performing team of brand marketers and agency partners.
Establish and track brand health metrics, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with business objectives.
Partner with the Brand Measurement team to develop and advance a learning agenda that drives insights and optimizes brand impact.
Drive innovative and breakthrough approaches to connect with members, customers, and key stakeholders, deepening engagement and brand affinity.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
15+ years of experience in brand marketing.
10+ years of experience in people management, including leadership of both senior-level marketers and people managers
8+ years of experience in B2B and B2C marketing, with experience in marketplace business models.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in technology or platform businesses.
Strong track record of success at large global brands.
MBA or advanced degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and influence senior stakeholders.
Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills.
Experience managing global teams and working across international markets.
Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decisions.
Passion for LinkedIn’s mission and a deep understanding of the professional landscape.

The pay range for this role is $300,000 to $450,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
