Job Description

We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our quickly growing team in San Francisco. This role is vital to achieving our revenue goals and massive vision in the voice and messaging space. In this role, you will be an instrumental part of the sales and business development effort as we drive this vision forward. This is a great opportunity to grow and help scale and inside sales team and position yourself for rapid career growth. We’re looking for an energetic, hard-charging, go-getter who can’t wait to beat every sales quota they are handed!



You are a sales-minded, hard worker who isn’t afraid to hit the phones, can talk mobile technology, and be creative with your calling and email efforts. You invite challenges and conquer them. You must be okay with change and things moving fast. You have at least 1 year of experience prospecting and closing deals over the phone. You are sharp, detail-oriented, competitive, yet the ultimate team player. You only feel accomplished when you have exceeded your goals.


  • Reach and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas through heavy phone and email sales.

  • Speak to a high volume of potential customers to understand their goals, problems, and be able to tailor a solution to exceed the customer’s needs.

  • Complete the full sales cycle at a high-level from prospecting, qualification, and close.

  • Detailed research to find target customers for our visionary solution, and email/phone follow-ups with inbound inquiries.   

  • Maintain strong collaborative working relationships with marketing, customer service, and product management teams.


  • High-energy, self-motivated, walk-through-walls to close deals!

  • Entrepreneurial and willing to do the little things to be successful.

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in technology sales - SaaS, mobile apps, subscription services, etc.

  • Confident public speaker. You can also small talk, interview and negotiate.

  • Desire to advance your career and be dedicated to the Company. 

  • Exposure to mobile apps, SaaS technologies, and understand what drives small business decisions.

  • Prior experience using CRM (Salesforce, Sugar, ZOHO, etc) and other internal technology systems.

  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
