Job Description

Join BRCGS as an Inside Sales Specialist for Europe, reporting into our Head of Commercial! We work remotely, but we encourage applications from candidates based in Spain or the United Kingdom.

Responsible for managing and expanding transactional clients within the BRCGS product portfolio across Europe & UK, you will look after the entire customer lifecycle, from onboarding to retention and expansion, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and driving revenue growth by identifying and converting new business opportunities. The role requires the ability to influence and collaborate with individuals and teams across multiple countries to achieve results.

We're looking for someone who showcases a strong intuition for business, is proactive, and has excellent communication skills. You will be autonomous and capable of self-learning to meet evolving client needs and be highly organised to balance sales and people management roles.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of proven experience in transactional sales, preferably within the food safety or supply chain sectors.
  • Ability to uncover client needs, generate demand, and drive persuasion and negotiation processes.
  • Expert with Sf.com or similar CRM.
  • Experience in developing value propositions and delivering customised solutions that align with customer needs.
  • A strong understanding of competitive landscapes, industry trends, and supply chain sectors. A background in food safety, retail, or certification industries is preferred.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and an emphasis on collaboration and teamwork to achieve collective success.
  • Excellent problem solving, conflict resolution and consensus building skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Able to anticipate future trends, prepare for upcoming needs, and help others adapt proactively.
  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish is preferred.
