Qualification:                     

B. sc in estate management with a minimum of 8 years cognate experience

Must have an overall grasp of valuation, agency and facility management

Must be able to supervises subordinate and provide positive leadership

AVIS registration               

Must be able to work under pressure

Must be willing to grow into partnership position
