Job Description
- Planning/Managing and attending to MD’s official correspondences.
- Efficient file management.
- Front desk and effectively coordinate/conduct business visitors.
- Screening to control disruption to office work flow.
Qualifications
- Minimum of BSc/HND in humanities/secretarial studies with3-5 years working experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Computer literate, proficient in the use of Microsoft office packages.
- Pleasant personality and approachable mannerisms.
- Ability to use IBM typewriter when occasion demands.
