Company Description

The service of an Estate Manager is urgently required to manage 12 Nos high End serviced glats in Abuja.

Job Description

  • Management and Supervision of the entire property.
  • Coordinate and manage all activities of contractors, suppliers and artisans to ensure they adhere to all site requirements.
  • Overall responsibility for the upkeep of entire property to a high standard whilst carrying out basic building and maintenance work where required.
  • Ensure daily management of Estate infrastructure, and respond to tenants concerns and grievances in a timely manner, thus ensuring tenants are satisfied.
  • Coordinate and improve security processes and activities at all the flats.

Qualifications

Job Requirements.

  • A Bachelor degree in Facilities Management, Estate Management or any other related field, and M.Sc is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 7 years experience in similar industry.
  • Excellent communication skills.
