Job Description

The successful candidate is to be the Chief Sales and Chief Customer Officer, Managing, Leading and Directing a team of Regional Sales Manager, Medical Representatives and Product.

 Manager/Marketing Support staff to Deliver Corporate sales and market objectives..

A key plank of his responsibility is Business Development both within the Trade and Institutions.

Qualifications

B.Pharm. An MBA is a definite advantage

15 years in the industry, the last 3 must be as head of Sales/ Marketing. Senior Regional Managers(minimum of 5yrs as a Sales Manager) with experience in at least 2 geographical zones may also apply.

Proven track record of performance 

Strong analytical skills with ability to develop and design processes and policies

Demonstrable knowledge of Pan - Nigeria Pharmaceutical distribution network.
