Job Description

Interprete and ensure implementation of the group strategy

Coordinate strategic direction of various business units and group operational units.

Ensure group synergy and synchronization

Provide comprehensive periodic reports to top management on strategy implementation

Track industry trends, socio-political and economics events and global happenings and report on thier impact on the strategic plans of the organization.

Qualifications

Minimum of B.Sc. in Social sciences(Second Class Upper Grade)

Professional Qualification(ICAN,ACCA) or MBA will be an added advantage.

Versatility in operations' management.

Minimum of 3 years experience in operations in a financial institution 

Excellent IT skills with experience in the management of IT functions.
