Job Description
Lesaffre is looking for an Infrastructure & Technology Authority Lead to support our Architecture, Cyber & Data Governance Director to accelerate Lesaffre’s impact across industries. This position requires working closely with internal stakeholders and corporate partners to faster the introduction of Enterprise Architecture Methodology, Guidelines & Governance in regards of our subsidiarity ‘s concept (until today decentralized & entrepreneurial organization for Digital & IT solutions).
As our Infrastructure & Technology Authority Lead, you will be responsible for defining, governing, and ensuring the consistency of the company’s technology and infrastructure landscape.
You will provide strategic direction, set technical standards, and act as the design authority for all infrastructure-related initiatives — ensuring stability, performance, scalability, and alignment with enterprise goals.
Your key responsibilities will be:
Strategic Leadership & Governance:
- Define and maintain the infrastructure and technology strategy in alignment with enterprise architecture and business needs.
- Lead the infrastructure design authority, ensuring all infrastructure and technology solutions comply with corporate standards including Cyber security & compliance.
- Chair or participate in Technology Governance Boards and Architecture Review Committees.
- Evaluate and approve major infrastructure designs, technology selections, and transformations.
Design Authority & Standards
- Establish and maintain technical reference architectures, blueprints, and technology roadmaps.
- Ensure consistency, security, and interoperability across IT infrastructure components (compute, storage, network, security, workplace, etc.).
- Review and validate project technical designs (HLDs/LLDs) and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
- Drive standardization and automation of infrastructure services (IaC, CI/CD, observability).
Operational Excellence & Modernization
- Support modernization initiatives such as cloud migration, data center transformation, and network modernization.
- Oversee capacity planning, resilience, and performance management across infrastructure layers including connectivity & interoperability.
- Collaborate with operations and service delivery teams to ensure reliability and operational efficiency.
- Drive innovation by evaluating emerging technologies and their potential business value.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with Enterprise / Design Authority Architects, Security Architects, and Application Leads to ensure end-to-end solution integrity.
- Advise project managers, product owners, and business stakeholders on infrastructure impacts and options.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior IT and business leadership on infrastructure strategy and investment decisions.
Qualifications
You have :
- A master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in infrastructure and technology leadership roles.
- A proven experience as an Infrastructure Architect, Technical Lead, or Technology Authority.
- Certifications preferred: Azure/AWS/GCP Architect, TOGAF, ITIL, COBIT, or Cloud/DevOps certifications.
- A proven experience across multiple infrastructure domains: cloud, on-premise, network, security, workplace, storage, identity, and observability.
- A strong understanding of hybrid and multi-cloud architectures (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- An expertise in automation and orchestration tools (Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes, etc.).
- Some knowledge of IT security frameworks, resilience, and disaster recovery practices.
- Some familiarity with DevOps and SRE practices and modern service management (ITIL 4).
- A Fluent English (additional European languages especially French are an asset)
