Job Description
- Manage and lead the Quality Project organization unit by achieving defined objectives and KPIs, ensuring effective service delivery, process execution, and adherence to standards and governance requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for enhancement, providing consultation, and implementing measures to improve team performance, organizational flexibility, change management, diversity, succession planning, coaching, and employee growth.
- Lead and supervise the Quality Project team by planning activities, allocating resources, defining objectives, tasks, responsibilities, and ensuring timely response to all project requirements and requests.
- Monitor, evaluate, and develop team members by providing clear instructions, tracking performance, identifying training and development needs, supporting professional growth, and facilitating the application of newly acquired knowledge.
- Assume functional accountability for Quality Projects at the country level, ensuring effective quality planning and execution throughout prototype and pre-series phases.
- Develop, maintain, and update Quality Assurance documentation for prototypes and pre-series projects, including Control Plans, Validation Plans, Quality Agreements, FMEA, PSW, and other relevant quality documents.
- Ensure compliance with customer, company, and regulatory requirements, including customer specifications, LEONI standards, equipment and process requirements, customer regulations, IATF 16949, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and all applicable local regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- 3–5 years of experience in Quality Projects, preferably within a manufacturing or automotive environment.
- Full professional proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and build relationships across diverse stakeholders and organizational levels.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, supported by strong analytical, critical-thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects to successful completion.
- Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on quality, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction.
