• Manages and supervises the Production Technology org unit according to defined objectives and KPIs
• Designs and leads initiatives with regard to Production Technology
• Takes responsibility for standards, governance and processes in area of responsibility
• Defines and steers budgets for the development of activities within area of responsibility
• Manages and supervises multiple org units within Production Technology
• Proposes and implements measures for improving team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management and personal growth

Functional accountability for Production Technology on country level

• Ensures the implementation LEONI Operating System in Country Production Facility
• Ensures activities for the order and commissioning of production equipment in close relations with other departments for the country
• Drives country wide improvement initiatives regarding setup time, scrap, rework etc.

• Level of Education: Engineer Or master’s degree.
• Branch Of Study: Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial or equivalent
• Experience : 5 years’ experience in the automotive industry
• Language : French and English are mandatory
• Social competences:  Communication /Social & intercultural sensitivity / Change management /Target & result orientation/ Motivation & resilience /Self-organization /Conflict management / Teamwork
• Professional competence : Master the Lean Manufacturing, Hoshin Kanri & Continuous Improvement Technique
