Job Description

The Order Services Specialist is responsible for promptly ordering, tracking, and confirming receipt of Title and Homeowner/Hazard Insurance documentation. This role supports the Loan Processor by ensuring all required third-party documents are requested, monitored, and properly documented in the system. Once documents are received, responsibility shifts to the Loan Processor for review and condition clearing. This position helps improve processing times, reduce delays, and maintain clear separation of duties.

 

Required Qualifications
• 1–2 years of loan processing, support, or mortgage origination experience.
• Excellent phone and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple orders.
• High attention to detail and accurate documentation.

• Experience with complex loan transactions.
