Job Description

As a Human Resources Intern (3-month mandate), you will actively contribute to key HR team initiatives, particularly those related to the annual performance cycle and HRIS (ADP) management. You will also support day-to-day HR operations while gaining hands-on, structured experience in human resources.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the year-end performance cycle, including setting up performance cycles in ADP and extracting data.
  • Support the management and coordination of the HRIS (ADP), ensuring data accuracy and updates.
  • Assist in coordinating the performance management cycle (follow-ups, list management, collaboration with stakeholders and HR partners).
  • Manage and update HR lists, databases, and content.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistency and quality of HR information.
  • Contribute to updating, drafting, coordinating, and formatting HR policies and documents.
  • Participate in various HR special projects (process improvements, HR initiatives, etc.).
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the HR team, as needed.

Qualifications

  • Student in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Interest in HR systems (HRIS) and data management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Bilingual in English and French, both written and spoken, as you will be collaborating with Québec-based teams.
