You’ll work on a variety of machine learning projects across areas such as HR, Finance and Asset Management, and have the opportunity to collaborate closely with our Group Generative AI team on innovative, forward‑looking initiatives.
This is a collaborative role well suited to someone who enjoys translating complex data into practical insight and working closely with colleagues across the business.
What you’ll be doing:

- Visualising analytical outputs and model results to a high standard
- Collaborating with data and technology colleagues to productionise and automate solutions
- Ensuring work is well documented and peer reviewed to high quality standards
- Providing subject matter expertise to support data‑led initiatives and customer outcomes
Who we’re looking for:
- Experience working with large or complex datasets and strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of a range of machine learning techniques and analytical approaches
- Experience using programming languages such as Python, R or SQL for data analysis and modelling
- Ability to manipulate data, engineer features and prepare datasets for modelling
- Experience gathering requirements and working collaboratively with stakeholders
- Confidence explaining technical concepts in a clear and accessible way
- Knowledge of Generative AI concepts and agent-based systems e.g. LLMs, tool-using agents, or autonomous workflows beneficial but not essential
- Experience experimenting with low-code or pro-code AI agent frameworks such as Copilot Studio, LangChain, or similar is beneficial but not essential
Whatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you. Here are some of the benefits we offer:
- The opportunity to participate in our annual, performance -related bonus plan and valuable share schemes
- Generous pension contribution
- Life assurance
- Healthcare Plan (permanent employees only)
- At least 25 days holiday, plus public holidays, 26 days after 2 years’ service. There’s also the option to buy and sell holiday
- Competitive family leave
- Participate in our electric car scheme, which offers employees the option to hire a brand-new electric car through tax efficient salary sacrifice (permanent employees only)
- There are the many discounts we offer – both for our own products and at a range of high street stores and online
- We’re creating net‑zero carbon workplaces by 2030 by investing in our sustainable, modern offices across the UK, all designed to bring people together and elevate the in‑person experience
