Job Description
Role:
As a Resort Assistant within the Supply team, you will work closely with the Resort Manager and contribute to the management and development of Le Collectionist's portfolio of luxury properties in Paros and Antiparos. Your role will be to provide essential support in various activities related to property management.
Objectives:
Accompany the Resort Manager in the Portfolio Management
Collaborate with the Resort Manager in managing a portfolio of luxury properties that meet Le Collectionist's standards.
Participate in identifying new opportunities and adhering to selection criteria to expand the portfolio.
Performance analysis and recommendations to owners
Assist in negotiations with property owners and the promotion of complementary products.
Optimize your portfolio properties' income
Follow up transactions with owners (support to sales teams).
Monitoring KPI for each property in the portfolio (owner income, number of requests, conversion rate, occupancy rate, etc.)
Development and deployment of action plans to improve indicators
Assist in property management
- Coordinate the collection of data and organize photography sessions for onboarding properties
Monitoring the update of legal documents (Protexa, licenses, mandates, etc.)
Participate in the training of Stay teams (support on pre-season visits, on first arrivals, on VIP arrivals, creation of video training content, etc.)
Qualifications
Degree from a business school or a related field
Fluent in English, Greek is a plus
Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
Strong interest in the luxury property rental and travel industry
Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset
