Job Description

lastminute.com group is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Customer Acquisition based in Chiasso.

You will work in an agile, fast-paced organization to enable a premium, personalized and connected experience.

Key Responsibilities will include

  • Define vision, strategy, teams and detailed roadmap for our digital products on the Customer Acquisition area, maximizing monetization through marketing channels like SEO, SEM, CRM, Display Advertising

  • Drive strategy understanding and realization by all marketing stakeholders

  • Define split on roles/capabilities of domain landscape to achieve strategy and overarching team priorities & initiatives.

  • Drive operational product delivery: specify user stories/ product features, determine business value, priorities and MVP. Support product build. Provide acceptance for delivered product.

  • Identify customers behaviours and needs through research and analysis on the upper funnel of the customer journey

  • Take full ownership of the product, the prioritisation of new features and enhancements to existing features

  • Empower and collaborate with the other POs to unlock their full potential

  • Analyse, understand and share learnings from experimentation to build a strong knowledge base of the product

  • Thrive to achieve optimal implementation of changes made to the product

  • Continually improve the agile ways of working.

Skills and Experience

  • Min. 6 years professional experience in multi-national business environment

  • Experience on Customer Acquisition Marketing, being able to define strategies to achieve marketing goals though product roadmap planning

  • Solid end-to-end understanding of Digital and eCommerce

  • Solid technical understanding

  • Proven experience in managing global projects

  • Experience with web analytics software such as Google analytics

  • Familiarity with A/B testing or other multivariate testing

  • Knowledge and experience in conversion optimisation, digital marketing, UX design and/or consumer psychology and research is a plus

  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills

  • Fluent in English
