We are looking for a Pricing and Revenue Specialist to join our team of around 1,700 people worldwide to help us power up the traveller's journey for millions of holidaymakers. The job in brief:

Job Title -  Pricing and Revenue Specialist
Team - Reporting to the Head of Pricing and Revenue
Level - Professional
Contract -  Permanent full-time (EUR 36 h/week)

What your impact will be

• Develop and implement market-leading pricing strategies that optimise growth and margin.
• Analyse performance and communicate updates on revenue and margin trends.
• Analyse performance to identify opportunities to drive trading margin by adapting our pricing strategy.
• Help develop pricing tools and capabilities, considering all revenue streams and operational costs.
• Create and deploy pricing tests to develop the optimal pricing strategy.
• Evaluate the impact of pricing strategies on conversion and customer acquisition.
• Analyse competitor pricing activities and industry innovations.

Your expertise:

• Experience in pricing and revenue management.
• Good understanding of revenue components within the Hotel business.
• Strong analytical skills, including strong Excel skills.
• Analytical and strategic thinking.
• Strong communication skills, including verbal, written and face-to-face communication.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• A positive, can-do attitude.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• At least 1 year of experience working in the Travel industry.

Desirable

• Basic SQL knowledge.

Selection process steps*:
