The job in brief: 

Job Title -  Telesales Agent - German Speaking
Location -  Madrid
Working model – Hybrid from Madrid, Remote from Spain
Team -  You will join the Customer Service Team in the Telesales department
Level - Professional 
Contract -  Permanent, full time (36 h/week)

What your impact will be

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in French

  • Sell holiday packages

Qualifications

 

Your expertise:

  • Native German
  • Fluent level of Spanish
  • Thorough and meticulous with extreme attention to detail
  • Proactive team player
  • Self-motivated, tenacious, uses initiative and problem solver
  • Work to tight deadlines with a can-do attitude
  • Strong communicator internal / external
  • Work with commercial targets
  • excellent computer use
