Job Description
Krow is looking for a motivated Solutions Consultant to join our talented and collaborative sales team. As a Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant, you will act as a trusted advisor to our prospective customers by demonstrating how the Krow PSA application helps transform client service delivery with a single unified solution, providing the most connected and collaborative platform for customer success. You will partner closely with Account Executives throughout the end-to-end sales cycle to qualify sales opportunities with regards to customer requirements, competition, decision-making process and funding. Through strong, developed relationships with the client’s IT staff and C-Level executives, you will leverage your deep product expertise to align the client’s desired business outcomes.
* Be a trusted advisor of our sales team to help drive sales opportunities
• Partner with Account Executives to deliver engaging, value-centric demonstrations that differentiate Krow PSA from our competitors
• Act as a go-to person to provide/ obtain/ confirm functional and technical information across the range of customer enquiries (RFP, Statement of Work etc)
• Complete discovery calls and client meetings to understand key objectives, discover and analyze challenges, requirements and priorities of customers and prospects
• Present innovative, story driven solutions from our software portfolio to address customer challenges and meet requirements
• Assist in responding to RFIs and RFPs
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Solution Engineer professional supporting enterprise applications across Project Management and/ or Professional Services Automation solutions
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com is desirable
• Subject Matter expertise in Professional Services desired

• Creative problem solving and positive objection handling skills
• Deliver, strong and effective presentations and demonstrations
• Excellent presentation and communication skills (both verbal and written) as well as listening skills are essential
• Experience of positioning solutions in the context of business value to key decision makers
