The Role of Our Senior Sales Executive
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our growing team and drive net new business for our AI-powered Predictive Brand Tech platform. This is a pure hunter role focused on identifying, prospecting, and closing new opportunities to expand our customer base. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales or business development, with a proven track record in acquiring net new logos and exceeding quotas. Prefer someone with customer insights and analytics software experience.

What You’ll Do
- Drive new business acquisition by identifying and closing net new logos.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Conduct outbound prospecting and lead end-to-end sales cycles, from initial outreach to product demos, proposals, and contract signing.
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers, including CMOs, brand marketers, and corporate leaders.
- Partner cross-functionally with internal teams, including Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting using [CRM tool].
- Achieve or exceed assigned quotas consistently.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account executive roles, ideally within SaaS or marketing technology solutions.
- Willing to do a deep dive into the product offerings and services.
- Heavy focus on process - Incredibly organized, able to prepare their cross-functional partners so that they always know what the situation and expectations are before leaning in to help move the sales process along
- Proven success in closing net new business and exceeding quotas in a hunter role.
- Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to communicate ROI-driven value propositions to senior decision-makers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms.
- Familiarity with AI, marketing analytics, or martech solutions is a strong plus.
Additional Information
Location: Remote, US-based only.
Compensation: $100,000-$150,000 base plus commission
