Job Description

The Role of Our Solutions Engineer

We’re seeking an experienced and technically skilled Solutions Engineer to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you’ll act as a strategic partner, bridging the gap between our product solutions and our customers’ most pressing business challenges. Collaborating closely with our Sales and Go-to-Market (GTM) teams, you will engage in pre-sales activities to understand buyer needs and deliver tailored solutions that maximize value for our customers.

As a subject matter expert in Brand Research, Tracking, Insights, Analytics, and company products, you will play a key role in driving new business growth. You’ll deliver compelling product demonstrations and provide expert guidance on technical workflows and integrations. Beyond pre-sales, you will work with internal teams to deliver training, share valuable market insights, and serve as a trusted advisor to both prospects and customers. Your expertise will not only enhance the customer journey but also contribute to the ongoing evolution of our solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Consult on Customer Opportunities: Collaborate with CMOs, brand marketers, and insights and analytics teams at the world’s largest B2C brands to understand their business challenges and design tailored solutions that align with their brand tracking and positioning needs.
  • Deliver Compelling Product Demonstrations: Showcase the value of our SaaS tools, highlighting their capabilities in monitoring brand health, conducting market and competitive research, leveraging syndicated survey data, and generating actionable consumer insights.
  • Lead Technical Discussions: Act as the technical expert in pre-sales engagements, guiding discussions on workflow integrations, APIs, and analytics processes to demonstrate how our solutions support strategic decision-making for global brands.
  • Partner with the GTM Team: Work closely with Sales and GTM teams to develop deal strategies, uncover customer pain points, and craft compelling value propositions that address their unique challenges.
  • Respond to RFPs and Security Questionnaires: Leverage your technical expertise to provide accurate and timely responses that align with the needs of leading global brands in industries like CPG, Automotive, Airlines, Retail, Apparel and more.
  • Drive Internal Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Support teams to ensure customer feedback informs product roadmaps and to align internal initiatives with market demands.
  • Provide Training and Insights: Train internal teams and customers on the technical aspects of our products and provide market-level insights to help clients maximize the value of our solutions.
  • Shape the Customer Journey: Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring a seamless transition from pre-sales to post-sales, and supporting long-term customer success by aligning our tools with their strategic goals.
