Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

  • Full-time

Company Description

At the end of 2020, Know Boundaries was born out of the huge need of applied behavior analysis (ABA) services throughout the state of Tennessee. Clinician owned and female owned, Know Boundaries specializes in quality clinic, school, and in-home ABA services. We offer BCBAs a collaborative, flexible, and support environment that throws out the cookie cutter approach and allows you to continue to build on your own unique skills, operate autonomously, and drive outcomes for your clients. At Know Boundaries, we’re setting the tone for being a place where clinicians want to work and also a place where our families are welcomed and supported. We don’t only want to provide exceptional service and endless opportunities for our clients, but our fellow clinicians as well! Within Know Boundaries, you’re provided with next level support clinically and administratively and we also strongly value clinical recommendations and ethical services so there’s no set number of hours and clients aren’t limited to a specific setting.

Being a startup, we want to continue to bring on the best clinical and administrative talent to continue to make us a stronger company. With that being said, we’re looking for individuals who have a problem solving mindset and are big in process improvement so we can continue to grow responsibly and impact more families throughout the community.

We are on a mission to change lives through therapy by knocking down one boundary at a time. Are you ready to join us?
