Our ideal candidate has exceptional oral and written communication skills and is able to develop engaging content. You should be a ‘people person’ with great customer service skills and the ability to moderate online and offline conversations with our community.

• Experience in Technology Management (product owner, product manager, Technical IT manager with portfolio management responsibilities, etc.)
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills with a variety of audiences.
• Ability to communicate well with users, partner teams, and senior management to collect requirements, explain data collection decisions and create data engineering strategy.
• Data-driven and strong analytical skills
• Experience in maximizing product value with ROI
• Ability to take the initiative to complete projects and solve business issues, 
• Effective time management skills and the ability to prioritize work based on project timelines and sprint arrangements, 
• Experience in defining and delivering Minimum Viable Products, running A/B tests, and making data-oriented decisions
• Have a real passion for detailed feature design and problem-solving
• A self-driven organized entrepreneurial spirit
• Evaluate and review trend analysis of the product, product gap analysis, tactical support, win /loss analysis, competitor analysis, market requirements document, product requirement document, product positioning

• E-commerce domain expertise is a plus
• Understanding of complex architectural environments.
