Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate daily production activities to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets
  • Monitor production performance (quality, delivery, cost) and take corrective actions to address deviations
  • Collaborate closely with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Maintenance ana continuous improvement teams
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and regulatory standards
  • Own the production planning process, including capacity planning, scheduling, and load leveling
  • Ensure alignment between customer demand, material availability, and manufacturing capacity
  • Monitor and improve key planning KPIs such as OTD, lead time, WIP, and inventory levels
  • Drive S&OP execution at site level in coordination with customer or KAM
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI methodologies
  • Identify and eliminate waste, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies across manufacturing and planning processes
  • Facilitate Kaizen events, value stream mapping, and root cause analysis
  • Standardize best practices and support deployment across lines or sites
  • Lead, coach, and develop production and planning teams
  • Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Promote the employee satisfaction in the team with continuous involvement
  • Foster strong communication across cross-functional and multicultural teams

 

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
  • Previous experience in the position
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and planning systems
  • Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, or Operational Excellence methodologies
  • Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and manufacturing KPIs
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
