Job Description
Our E&P Group Leader leads a multidisciplinary Engineering team, providing both technical and disciplinary guidance leading by example:
- Carries out operational activities as an E&P engineer on projects and supports E&P Engineering Manager in coordination of Mechanical Engineers group.
- Ensures project execution meets timelines, budgets, and quality standards, while actively participating in project tasks.
- Reviews technical documentation (TSD, TCC, Vendor documents) and oversees workload distribution and resource allocation.
- Supports recruitment, onboarding and growth of E&P Engineers, in coordination with the local E&P Engineering Manager.
- Contributes to the creation of guidelines, specifications, and internal directives, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering with solid technical background, good process, product and Waste to Energy plant knowledge.
- 8+ years' experience as E&P engineer for an EPC contractor and 3+ as Group Leader.
- Independence in the specification and management of different 3rd party designed equipment & packages.
- Project execution background, paired with problem-solving mindset and efficient performance.
- Able to develop guidelines and standards for defined areas of knowledge.

Compensation
•Basic wage component (gross): 70000 euros per year
•This amount is our minimal offered salary. Compensation is determined based on your level, skills, experience and qualifications.
