BUSINESS UNIT: Operations - Clinical Support

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES

• Lead end-to-end project implementation within the EAP and wellness portfolio.
• Develop business requirements specifications (BRS) for new initiatives, platforms, and service enhancements.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (clinical, operations, IT, marketing, finance and others).
• Monitor SLA adherence, utilisation trends, and service quality matrix.
• Analyse data to identify improvement opportunities and drive evidence-based decisions.
• Manage third-party provider relationships and ensure contractual compliance.
• Support the development and enhancement of digital access channels.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Relevant qualification with experience in project management and/or business analysis.
• 3 – 5 years’ experience in project management within EAP, healthcare or wellness environment.
• Strong understanding of the operational workings of the EAP environment.
• Experience drafting BRS and working with IT development teams.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
