WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT
You will join our Marketing department and take a position as Product Owner for the agile Marketing team. You will be the link between business and IT, transforming business needs into clear development objectives and ensuring that solutions deliver maximum value.
Your tasks and responsibilities include:
- Strategic prioritisation: Setting and prioritising the agenda for the team, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Translate strategy into ambitious goals with well-established priorities
- Collaboration and communications: Foster a culture of effective collaboration with the Scrum Master and Product Owners in other relevant teams. You serve as the bridge between business and IT. You ensure that business requirements materialise in IT solutions that the team can understand and deliver in due time.
- Solution quality assurance: Take ownership of ensuring that the solutions meet business requirements
- Investigate new opportunities that can make optimise and develop our marketing processes.
- Stakeholder engagement: Regularly communicate the team’s commitment, progress, challenges, and achievements, ensuring a shared understanding of the development process, expectations and requirements.
You should expect some travel days to Flensborg to visit part of the team.

We are looking for a new colleague who:
- Has a relevant background and qualifications to fulfil the role of Product Owner
- Is curious, quickly grasps complex systems and has a flair for IT
- Takes initiative and achieves results which are aligned with the strategic prioritisation
- Pays attention to details and ensures tasks with a high level of quality and accuracy
- Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English communication
- Prior experience with marketing tools and processes
