Job Description

Lead a Thriving OSHC Service in Beautiful Australind!

Step into a Service Manager role where you’ll oversee a well‑established, stand‑alone OSHC room with a dedicated undercover area, a stunning playground, and a strong community focus. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a high‑quality service in an upcoming, fast‑growing area just minutes from Bunbury — known for great housing, family‑friendly living, lakeside walks, foreshore views, and easy access to camping spots.

With block shifts, flexible scheduling, and  5.5 hours in ratio, you’ll enjoy the balance you need to lead confidently while still being hands‑on with the children and your team.

About the Role

You’ll lead a team of Coordinators and Educators to deliver exceptional before‑ and after‑school care for children aged 5–12. You’ll be supported by a dedicated state office, regular visits from your Regional Leader, and a management team that genuinely has your back.

This full‑time (38 hours) role includes paid admin time, professional development each term, and the backing of a national organisation with centralised admin support — so you can focus on what matters most: children, families, and your team.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and deliver an engaging, child‑centred program in a stand‑alone OSHC space.

  • Build strong relationships with children, families, the school, and the wider community.

  • Lead and mentor your onsite team, including rostering and daily operations.

  • Ensure quality, compliance, and safety in line with the NQF.

  • Grow attendance and create a service families love.

  • Champion a warm, inclusive environment supported by a highly engaged management team.

Who We’re Looking For

You don’t need OSHC experience — we’ll teach you everything. You just need:

✔️ A passion for working with children and making a positive impact
✔️ Clear, confident communication
✔️ A collaborative mindset and interest in leadership
✔️ A Working With Children Check & National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
✔️ Australian work rights
✔️ A relevant ACECQA‑approved qualification (or working towards one)

Why You’ll Love It Here

✨ Career growth & leadership development — your pathway to management starts now
✨ Earn up to $1,000 through our Employee Referral Program
✨ Discounts on health insurance, wellbeing services & family program fees
✨ Access to the Early Childhood Worker Retention Grant and more
