Full-time fixed term contract (5 months) January 18th start

About The Role:
The Project Manager will lead the end-to-end delivery of the HubSpot CRM implementation, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and experience in CRM or marketing technology projects… ideally Hubspot.

 

About The Project:
We are implementing HubSpot CRM as a unified marketing technology platform for JAG’s Australian operations. This strategic initiative will replace the existing PowerBI solution, improve marketing automation, enhance customer experience, and enable scalable growth across regions. The project is fully funded within the FY26 budget and is critical to achieving our strategic goal of “More Children More Often.”

    Qualifications

    • Strong experience in capturing Business requirements in an Agile Story/Sprints format
    • Proven experience managing CRM or marketing technology implementations.
    • Strong understanding of HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms. … ideally Hubspot
    • Excellent project management skills (planning, execution, governance).
    • Ability to manage multiple integrations (APIs, booking platforms, ad platforms).
    • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
    • Familiarity with data migration, compliance (SPAM laws), and preference centres.
    • Experience in CRM integration into other systems such a Child Management Systems (e.g. Kidsoft), Advertising Platforms (e.g. Google Ads), Website Content Management systems (e.g. Storybook), Authentication systems (e.g. Microsoft Access Management System), and Survey solutions (e.g. Aperture)
