Job Description

Now, about this opportunity…

This is a relationship focused role where you'll play a key role in Judo’s Structured Finance team, supporting the ongoing growth and management of our securitisation lending business.

Working alongside a team of Directors and Structured Finance professionals, you'll manage a portfolio of existing customer relationships while supporting new customer origination activities and the structuring and execution of tailored securitisation financing solutions. • Reviewing investor reporting, transaction documentation and compliance obligations to ensure transactions perform as expected and remain compliant with agreed terms.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and key internal stakeholders, including Credit, Risk, Finance and Legal, to deliver positive customer and portfolio outcomes.
  • Identifying, escalating and managing transaction, portfolio and operational risks while contributing to the continual improvement of systems, processes and customer outcomes.

  • Strong analytical capability, including financial modelling, cash flow analysis and data interpretation skills.
  • Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present information and recommendations clearly and concisely.
  • Strong commercial acumen, attention to detail and problem solving capability, with the confidence to identify issues, challenge thinking and drive positive outcomes.
