We are looking for an HR People Partner to join our team.

Job Description

  • HR Strategy: Design and implement HR strategies tailored to the needs of assigned departments, aligned with overall company goals.
  • Point of Contact: Act as the primary HR partner for managers and employees, providing expert guidance on HR matters.
  • Onboarding & Adaptation: Drive smooth onboarding and integration processes to attract and retain top talent.
  • Performance & Development: Manage performance reviews and support development programs, addressing department-specific needs.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies, considering each department’s unique challenges.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment, mediate conflicts, and strengthen team dynamics.
  • Engagement: Lead initiatives to boost employee engagement and satisfaction within assigned departments.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • 2–5 years of HR experience, ideally focusing on employee relations, talent management, and organizational development;
  • Previous experience in the gambling/gaming industry is a plus.

Skills & Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and processes;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to build relationships at all levels;
  • Experience managing conflict and fostering a positive work environment;
  • Familiarity with HR software and tools (e.g., Hibob, Asana);
  • Knowledge of performance management processes and employee engagement strategies.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform HR decisions.

Nice to have:

  • English B2+ is highly desirable (there could be locals in the team)
