Job Description

  • Analyze marketing and brand performance across key geographies;
  • Track brand dynamics, campaign effectiveness, and channel contribution;
  • Collaborate with research agencies: set tasks, ensure research quality, interpret results;
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for the team and shareholders;
  • Build systems for data collection, storage, and visualization (dashboards, BI systems);
  • Automate data collection and analysis processes, implement best practices;
  • Forecasting and scenario modeling: develop “what-if” models to evaluate how changes in budget or media mix impact business results;
  • Conduct competitive analysis and trend tracking: monitor competitors’ activities and identify opportunities for brand growth;
  • Form strategic recommendations: translate analytics into clear insights and actionable plans to optimize budgets, channels, and content.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in analytics or marketing intelligence;
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets, proficiency with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar);
  • Experience working with research data and understanding brand metrics (awareness, consideration, NPS, equity, etc.);
  • Knowledge of modern effectiveness measurement methods: attribution, MMM, incrementality testing;
  • Experience preparing reports for top management/board level;
  • Strong system thinking, attention to detail, ability to translate numbers into business meaning;
  • English level: Upper-Intermediate+.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in entertainment, digital products, or other fast-paced industries;
  • Knowledge of SQL or Python for advanced analytics;
  • Experience in building automated reports.
