Seeking a qualified Accounts Receivable Specialist in the Northeast Denver area.

SALARY:  $35K + DOE

Our client in the construction industry is currently in search of a professional and experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team! The perfect candidate will have at least 5 years experience with AR, credit, general ledger reconciliation and collections. Accuracy and dependability are key.

General Responsibilities Include:

    Preparing and sending invoices and statements to customers
    Preparing bank deposits
    Entering check and credit card deposits through software system
    Checking all orders for accuracy and completeness, including taxes and profits
    Reconcile Accounts Receivable
    Collecting receivables and making collection calls

Must have moderate to advanced MS Office skills, along with ability to learn new software. 3+ years experience in an Accounts Receivable position. Accurate and dependable.

This is a full-time, temporary-to-hire opportunity, great benefits offered by the company once hired on. Pay is negotiable $17-19/hour, DOE.

Office is located in Northeast Denver.
