Job Description

  • Customer Service Specialist
  • Saturday and Sunday - 7am-11pm (EST, Montreal time). 16-hour shift, 32-hours total per week.
  • Full-time
  • Home-Based/Remotely
  • Salary $700 (NOT commission based)

 

Qualifications

  • French - C1, near-native accent is a major plus
  • English - B2, the higher the better
  • Modern Computer/Laptop with fast, stable internet connection and quiet working environment
  • Experience in Customer Service
  • Strong phone communication, presentation skills and active listening
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Google Docs and Sheets, and Outlook
  • Experience working with western companies (is a plus)

Additional Information

Responsibilities & duties:

  • Make outgoing calls to develop new business (cold calling)
  • Research, track, maintain and update leads
  • Contact prospects to qualify leads
  • Direct email marketing to key clients and prospects
  • Research and maintain lead generation database
  • Conduct customer research
  • Conduct client or market surveys to obtain information about potential leads
  • Participate in the preparation of proposals and / or sales presentations
  • Provide accurate and timely information to management
  • Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s products and services in order to facilitate the sales process
