Job Description
- Customer Service Specialist
- Saturday and Sunday - 7am-11pm (EST, Montreal time). 16-hour shift, 32-hours total per week.
- Full-time
- Home-Based/Remotely
- Salary $700 (NOT commission based)
Qualifications
- French - C1, near-native accent is a major plus
- English - B2, the higher the better
- Modern Computer/Laptop with fast, stable internet connection and quiet working environment
- Experience in Customer Service
- Strong phone communication, presentation skills and active listening
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Google Docs and Sheets, and Outlook
- Experience working with western companies (is a plus)
Additional Information
Responsibilities & duties:
- Make outgoing calls to develop new business (cold calling)
- Research, track, maintain and update leads
- Contact prospects to qualify leads
- Direct email marketing to key clients and prospects
- Research and maintain lead generation database
- Conduct customer research
- Conduct client or market surveys to obtain information about potential leads
- Participate in the preparation of proposals and / or sales presentations
- Provide accurate and timely information to management
- Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s products and services in order to facilitate the sales process
