Diligent Financial Services (DFS) is looking for motivated, results-driven Junior and Senior Sales Officers to join our Business Development Department in Lebanon.

Key Requirements:

• Previous sales experience in Lebanon's financial services sector, preferably in capital markets and trading.
• Strong knowledge of financial products, including equities, Forex, commodities, and other trading instruments.
• Proven sales track record in client acquisition, relationship management, and achieving sales targets.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• High ethical standards, professionalism, and a professional appearance.
• An established professional social media presence and a relevant follower network are considered an advantage.
   

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team on lead generation and promotional initiatives.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and report on sales KPIs.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with DFS policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
