Job Description
Plan, design, and supervise civil engineering projects to ensure safety, compliance, cost efficiency, and timely delivery of infrastructure such as roads, buildings, and utilities.
Job Duties and Responsibilities- Deliver designs meeting safety and code requirements
- Reduce project costs through value engineering
- Complete projects on schedule milestones
- Oversee construction quality and inspection results
- Prepare accurate reports and documentation
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Relevant experience in civil/structural design or construction supervision
- Knowledge of engineering codes, standards, and regulations
- Proficiency with engineering design and calculation tools
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Civil engineering design (roads, drainage, structures)
- Structural and geotechnical basics
- AutoCAD/Civil 3D and/or Revit
- STAAD/ETABS/SAP2000 basics
- Hydraulics/drainage and surveying basics
- Project scheduling (MS Project) and quantity estimation
- Attention to detail
- Problem-solving and engineering judgment
- Communication with stakeholders and contractors
- Leadership and team collaboration
