Job Description

**Responsibilities**

  • Direct cross-functional teams in comprehensive analysis of customer product strategy, market positioning, competitive landscape, and industry trends to inform strategic decision-making
  • Collaborate with Sales leadership to ensure timely completion of customer acquisition initiatives and contractual obligations
  • Oversee product development and launch execution to ensure alignment with customer requirements, quality standards, and market expectations
  • Develop and implement detailed project plans that adhere to organizational processes and governance frameworks
  • Manage product release cycles and manufacturing transitions, ensuring effective change management protocols and risk mitigation
  • Evaluate and optimize critical project trade-offs including cost, performance, design for manufacturability (DFM), and timeline constraints to deliver optimal business outcomes
  • Establish and maintain a high-performing team environment characterized by mutual respect, professional accountability, constructive feedback mechanisms, and strategic resource allocation to consistently meet organizational commitments

Qualifications

• Adaptable and able to function well in multi-cultural team environment.
• Self-motivated and pro-active
• Result-oriented and capable to drive meeting, influence team to achieve agreement especially in
tough circumstances.
• Excellent in Project Management software MS Project


What is Nice to Have
• Automotive experience is preferred.
• Team management experience is preferred.
