Job Description
Lead and improve the organization’s cybersecurity program by managing risk, securing systems, overseeing incident response, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
Key Performance Indicators- Reduce critical security incidents quarter-over-quarter
- Deliver risk assessments and mitigation plans
- Improve incident response time and outcomes
- Ensure compliance with security policies
- Harden infrastructure and application security posture
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading cybersecurity operations or security engineering
- In-depth knowledge of security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001)
- Proven incident response and threat investigation experience
- Strong understanding of network, endpoint, and cloud security
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH, Security+)
- SIEM/SOC operations and threat investigation capabilities
- Threat modeling and risk assessment expertise
- Vulnerability management and patching experience
- Incident response and digital forensics experience
- Cloud security experience (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Strategic leadership, process improvement, and cross-functional stakeholder management
