Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, or related field
- 2+ years experience in business analysis or related role
- Experience gathering and documenting requirements
- Knowledge of process improvement and KPI design
- Proficiency with SQL and data visualization tools
- SQL
- Data visualization (Tableau or Power BI)
- Process mapping (BPMN)
- Requirements tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Stakeholder management and clear communication
