Job Profile -

1. CAD Skills –

Part Modeling, Surface modeling, Assembly
design, drawing ( prefer experience in injection molded products & other plastics for Automotive applications).

2. Knowledge of GD & T.
Design failure mode and effect analysis.
Sketching, rendering and concept generation skills.  
Material selection and evaluation skills based on the application of the products.
Product prototyping skills through mock up with suitable scaled models building.
Reverse engineering skills for design and development of products.  
knowledge in tool designing, manufacturing, maintenance and trouble shooting of all kinds of Moulds,Fixtures and Gauges.  
Material knowledge of engineering plastics.  
 Good Exposure to VAVE.
 Good Knowledge of APQP.

Desired Profile / Preference- 1. Exposure to Automotive OEM's.
                                          2. Good Presentation & Communication Skills.

DME/BE (CATIA Must.)
