Job Description

Our client is a fast-growing, innovative technology company with a collaborative culture and an ambitious hiring roadmap. They are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to be the logistical heartbeat of their Talent Acquisition team. This position is three days a week on-site in Atlanta and a six-month contract.

What You'll Do

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple time zones, including panel, onsite, and virtual loops, keeping candidates and interviewers informed every step of the way
  • Deliver a warm, polished candidate experience from first outreach through offer and onboarding handoff
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), including candidate dispositions, interview feedback, and pipeline status
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to prepare interview materials, agendas, and scorecards
  • Draft and send candidate communications, including interview confirmations, follow-ups, and rejection notes
  • Coordinate travel and logistics for onsite candidates when needed
  • Identify process improvements and help build templates, trackers, and playbooks that make the team faster and more consistent
  • Handle sensitive candidate and company information with discretion and professionalism

 

 

 

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, scheduling, administrative support, or a similar customer-facing role (internships and contract experience welcome)
  • Exceptional organization and the ability to juggle many moving pieces without dropping a ball
  • Clear, friendly, professional written and verbal communication
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, high-volume environments with shifting priorities
  • Sound judgment and a strong commitment to confidentiality
  • Proficiency with calendar and scheduling tools and Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
  • Experience with an ATS (such as SmartRecruiters, Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday) is a plus
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting technical or engineering hiring
  • Familiarity with interview-scheduling automation and recruiting analytics
  • A passion for creating inclusive, equitable hiring experiences
