JMPS is hiring motivated and dependable Delivery Drivers / Delivery Associates to deliver Amazon packages safely and efficiently throughout the community.

$500 BONUS ELIGIBILITY:

• Available for eligible new full-time drivers only.

• Must be actively on the work schedule by December 6, 2026.

• Must remain employed with JMPS through January 2, 2027.

• Bonus payment will be issued on January 8, 2027.

• Part-time drivers are not eligible for this bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a company-provided delivery vehicle.

• Deliver packages accurately, safely, and on time.

• Follow assigned delivery routes using a handheld device and navigation.

• Load and unload packages.

• Follow traffic laws and company safety procedures.

• Provide professional and friendly customer service.

• Work outdoors in different weather conditions.

• Maintain a positive and customer-focused attitude.

Schedule & Employment Details:

• Full-time and part-time positions available.

• Shifts generally last 8–10 hours.

• Routes available 7 days a week.

• Full-time drivers must be available to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) each week.

• Must be at least 21 years of age.

• Must have a valid driver's license.

• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.

• Must successfully pass a background check.

• Must be able to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs.

• Must be comfortable walking, bending, climbing stairs, and frequently entering and exiting a delivery vehicle.

• Must be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.

• Full-time applicants must be available to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) each week.

No CDL required.
No previous delivery experience required.
Paid training provided!
