Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven professional to manage and scale our banking partnerships, flight distribution channels, and gift voucher business. This role combines account management, campaign execution, operational excellence, and revenue ownership. The ideal candidate is analytical, agile, commercially strong, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities and Core Competencies:

  • Account Management: Own and manage relationships with external partners, drive performance against agreed KPIs, negotiate commercials to maximize ROI, optimize service SLAs, and oversee billing, reconciliations, and all operational documentation
  • Partnership: Liaison with banks for various offer collaborations, offer listing on partner sites/platform, sale and tactical event operational support.
  • Competition Benchmarking: Continuously monitor competitor offers, products, and promotional strategies, and recommend data-driven corrective actions to ensure ixigo’s propositions/offers remain competitive or market-leading.
  • Gift Card Vertical: Own and lead the ixigo Gift Card distribution business with end-to-end P&L responsibility. Drive revenue growth, expand distribution partnerships, optimize margins, and scale the category through strategic initiatives and operational excellence
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with Finance, Product, and Tech teams to drive process automation, resolve operational bottlenecks, and ensure seamless execution of campaigns and partner deliverables.
  • Process Optimization: Identify gaps and inefficiencies in existing workflows, design and implement scalable processes, and drive continuous improvements to enhance service delivery, operational efficiency, and partner experience.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Monitor key business metrics, generate actionable insights through structured data analysis, and present periodic performance reviews and growth recommendations to leadership.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all campaigns, partnerships, and operational processes adhere to regulatory requirements and internal compliance standards, proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks.

Qualification and Skills

  • Master’s degree in Business Management / Sales & Marketing  preferably from a reputed B-School
  • 3-5 years of experience in business development, alliances partnerships, or account management, with a strong track record of stakeholder management and revenue growth. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence C-level executives. 
  • Proven experience in account management, partnership and P&L responsibility. 
  • Analytical mindset with hands-on experience in data analysis, performance reporting budgeting, and forecasting. 
  • A relationship-focused professional with a strong tech orientation, creative problem-solving ability, and structured approach. 
  • Passion for sales with high energy, a strong understanding of the e-commerce ecosystem (web & mobile), and the ability to think outside the box and adapt quickly.
