Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

As a Brand Communications executive for ixigo you will get to work on a wide variety of product offerings. You will be the voice of the brand and ensure that all outgoing communication is in line with ixigo’s brand guidelines. You will be working on -

  • UX & UI communication for all ixigo products and apps. 

  • Content for marketing activities such as e-mailers, brand campaigns, etc. 

  • Customer service templates, help center text and other CX content.

  • Video scripts for user manuals, social media ideation, etc. 

  • Curation and compilation of data into spreadsheets & presentations. 

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Full Time Graduate/Post Graduate in English, Journalism or Mass communication.

  • 0-2 years of experience in content writing / development.

  • Strong writing skills with an impeccable command over grammar. 

  • High energy and drive to work.

  • Excellent team player.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work within the team and with other departments.

  • The knack for editing and proof-reading content with good research-oriented skills.

  • Knowledge of MS Excel and Powerpoint will be a plus.
