Job Description

  • Global reporting

  1. Coordination and follow-up on the timesheets of employees.
  2. Closure of employees accounts after their departure from the company.
  3. Extraction of Data from our internal tracking system, and production of reports.

  • Recording and filing

  1. Timecards recording
  2. Recording of internal training material
  3. Recording of employee files

  • Administrative follow-up

  1. End of probation period & Regularization
  2. End of contract

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years experience as an HR or Admin assistant in an international company
  • Strong consistency and attention to detail
  • Correct level of English
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Strong time management skills – ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Strong work ethic – must be self-motivated and able to take the initiative to get the job done
  • Ability to function in a global team environment
  • Open to multicultural work environment

Nice to have:

  • Good Knowledge of Excel
