• You will monitor the performance metrics daily and take actions to improve our search performance on a global scale.
• You will participate in the optimization of the sites structure, working in tandem with our UX experts, our content strategists and our tech team.
• You will identify growth opportunity in terms of site infrastructure, keywords and on page factors.
• You will document, specify strategies and design and lead experiments to achieve your goals.
• You will analyze our competitors and benchmark them to surpass them.
• You will optimize our internal linking structure to maximize our rankings across our rankings portfolio.
• You will own our SEO efforts and lead our organic growth.
  

• BA or BS degree minimum (preferred in quantitative field such as economics, mathematics, statistics, or computer science/engineering).
• 5+ years of in-house SEO work experience with an industry leading website.
• Advanced skill with Excel, and other analytical tools.
• Able to adjust html templates.
• Exposure to SQL, other coding languages strongly desired.
• Statistical background is a plus.
• Demonstrable track record of business results through SEO.
