Job Description

The Senior Transaction Manager - Aviation will be responsible for managing a portfolio of aviation clients, including aircraft lessors, aircraft-owning Special purpose vehicles (SPVs), aviation ABS structures, joint ventures, warehouse facilities, and other aviation finance platforms.

The role serves as the primary transaction management contact throughout the lifecycle of aviation structures, from incorporation and transaction closing through to ongoing governance, board support, compliance, restructuring and eventual wind-down where applicable.

The successful candidate will coordinate with legal counsel, lenders, trustees, servicers, asset managers, corporate administrators, and accounting teams to ensure best-in-class client service and governance standards across a portfolio of complex aviation transactions.

What You'll Do:

  • You'll serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of aviation and aircraft leasing clients, maintaining strong partnerships and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • You'll manage and oversee financing agreements, shareholder arrangements, and ABS transaction documentation throughout the transaction lifecycle.
  • You'll ensure all transaction obligations and conditions precedent are completed accurately and on time, maintaining compliance with all requirements.
  • You'll coordinate post-closing actions and deliverables, verifying that all transaction requirements are fulfilled to specification.
  • You'll drive transaction success by managing complex documentation, stakeholder communications, and timelines across multiple concurrent aviation transactions.

Qualifications

About You:

  • You hold a degree in Law, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • You bring 5+ years of experience in aviation finance, transaction management, or a similar role within the financial services industry.
  • You demonstrate expertise in managing complex transaction documentation, financing agreements, and ABS structures throughout their lifecycle.
  • You excel at coordinating with multiple stakeholders including legal counsel, lenders, trustees, and corporate administrators to deliver exceptional client service.
  • You possess strong compliance knowledge and attention to detail, with the ability to manage transaction obligations and conditions precedent accurately and on time.
