Job Description

Introduction

We are seeking a passionate Software Engineer with strong backend development, microservices, DevOps, and Cloud Engineering expertise. This role focuses on building, automating, deploying, and operating scalable cloud‑native applications and infrastructure while ensuring reliability, security, and efficiency.

What You'll Do

  • You'll design, implement, and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines and automated release strategies, including Blue-Green, Canary, and Rolling Deployments, to accelerate and improve software delivery.
  • You'll architect, deploy, and manage highly available, scalable, and resilient cloud infrastructure across Azure and AWS, including backup, disaster recovery, and infrastructure automation solutions.
  • You'll build, deploy, and troubleshoot containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm, ensuring reliable platform operations, networking performance, and workload stability in production environments.
  • You'll develop automation tools, APIs, operational utilities, and deployment scripts using Python, integrating cloud services, CI/CD platforms, observability solutions, and infrastructure management workflows.
  • You'll implement and manage monitoring, logging, tracing, alerting, and security controls using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, OpenTelemetry, Azure Monitor, and CloudWatch, while supporting incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvements in reliability, scalability, and developer productivity.

Qualifications

About You

  • You hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and have 3-7 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Platform Engineering, Software Engineering, or similar technical roles.
  • You possess strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, automation, and Python, along with a solid understanding of Linux, networking, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.
  • You have experience designing and supporting scalable, highly available production systems, infrastructure automation frameworks, Kubernetes-based applications, developer productivity platforms, and monitoring and observability solutions.
  • You are familiar with modern engineering practices such as SRE, DevSecOps, Platform Engineering, distributed systems, API gateways, event-driven architectures, and security-integrated deployment pipelines.
  • You bring experience with technologies such as FastAPI, Kafka, Redis, PostgreSQL, AI/ML platforms, or MLOps, and thrive in product-driven environments where collaboration, innovation, reliability, and continuous improvement are key to success.
