Job Description
THIS ROLE
This role is a review-focused position responsible for validating extracted and collected data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to quality standards. You will leverage your technical expertise to oversee data extraction processes, support the preparation and review of outputs, and ensure timely and high-quality delivery of client reporting. The role involves close coordination with stakeholders, continuous process improvement, and providing guidance to preparers while maintaining strong compliance with established procedures, SLAs, and client-specific requirements.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- You’ll review and validate extracted data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with established guidelines and quality standards.
- You’ll support and monitor end-to-end ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, ensuring timely delivery of client reports and adherence to SLAs.
- You’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve queries, technical issues, and data discrepancies while providing guidance to preparers.
- You’ll drive process improvements by identifying efficiencies, enhancing data extraction methodologies, and strengthening controls, procedures, and documentation.
- You’ll support team operations through workload coordination, client onboarding, reporting reviews, and participation in cross-functional collaboration and training initiatives.

Qualifications
ABOUT YOU
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with at least 4 years of experience in data analysis and reporting.
- You have strong expertise in ETL processes, SQL/Snowflake, Macro/VBA, data extraction tools, and data warehousing concepts, including joins, unions, and group-by operations.
- You are proficient in data visualization and storytelling, with experience using tools such as Tableau or Power BI and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- You possess excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities, enabling you to effectively manage priorities and collaborate with stakeholders.
- You are a proactive, results-driven professional with strong attention to detail, capable of working independently and within teams while maintaining high-quality standards and continuous process improvement.
