Job Description
As a Compliance Assistant, you will support the delivery of key compliance and risk management activities across the business. Working closely with the Associate Manager and team, you’ll assist with due diligence processes, client risk assessments, and regulatory requirements—developing your technical expertise while ensuring high standards of compliance and data integrity.
What You Will Do
- You’ll support the processing and maintenance of regulatory approvals, ensuring all documentation is accurate and aligned with AML/CFT and corporate governance frameworks.
- You’ll perform Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), including risk profiling, World‑Check screening, and adverse media searches for clients, PEPs, and REPs.
- You’ll carry out client file reviews for less complex structures and prepare reassessment reports across AML/CFT, corporate governance, and internal compliance frameworks.
- You’ll assist with the preparation of Administrators Compliance Reports and support periodic reviews for clients across different risk categories under supervision.
- You’ll ensure adherence to compliance processes and information security standards (ISMS), safeguarding client data and escalating any issues where required.

Qualifications
About You
- You hold a degree in Law or a related field, and you’re interested in building your career in compliance or financial crime.
- You have relevant experience in financial services, ideally within compliance, AML, or operations.
- You have a basic understanding of AML/CFT principles and regulatory frameworks, and you’re eager to deepen your knowledge.
- You are detail‑oriented, organised, and analytical, with the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- You are a collaborative team player with strong communication skills, comfortable working in a structured, compliance‑driven environment.
